Hello, my name is
I’ve always been fascinated by people—how our experiences shape us, how we develop, and why certain patterns persist even when we want things to change.
My career began in education, where I earned a Master of Arts in Education and worked with children and families. This led me to pursue clinical training in child psychology and eventually into foster care and community mental health, where I spent years supporting individuals and families navigating trauma, loss, and complex relationships.

Those experiences continue to shape my work as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Today, I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, infertility, parenting, grief, and life transitions.
I have a particular passion for supporting individuals and couples through infertility and family-building challenges, recognizing the profound emotional and relational impact of these experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I believe therapy should feel comfortable and authentic, while also offering opportunities for reflection, meaningful challenges, and growth.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that aligns with your values.
